How Do You Secure My Orders?

For a more secure delivery, customers will be provided with a code after order, these codes will be demanded by izaron delivery agent before giving out goods to the customer.

What If I Intend To Cancel An Order?

An order can only be canceled if  the order status is “in process.” If order status is “delivered” we are sorry it cannot be canceled. Please call +23481090656187 to determine order status. To cancel it, please have your order number ready.

Occasionally, an item you ordered may have just been sold. We apologize for such disappointment, but we will get back to you to see if you would like a substitution or cancellation. We may possibly be able re-order the item from the vendor and deliver to you within a short time. Also, we reserve the right to not fulfill any order of an item listed in error. In the case that an item is out of stock, we will contact you within few minutes  of order placement. We reserve the right to cancel any order or to limit quantities ordered.
